I am not sure I like the new Camaro or Challenger. I don't know if it is the fashion in modern cars, or driven by crash regulations, but all modern cars have high and fat arses. Even my C6 Corvette has a pretty fat arse in comparison to the C5 I owned. The tail is much higher.
SEMA Camaro Concept Was recently behind a Nissan GTR going south down the 101 and I was surprised how tall and fat its tail was. I took a photo with my iPhone but even with me right behind it the phone camera couldn't catch much of the detail.
Maybe just all modern muscle cars are *big* cars with high tails and fat arses. Maybe slinky and skinny needs to come back into fashion with car designers, builders and buyers.
General Motors
announced itself out of bankruptcy today. The new owners of GM are:
U.S. Department of the Treasury: 60.8 percent
UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust: 17.5 percent
Canada and Ontario governments: 11.7 percent
The old GM: 10 percent
There are some statements toward GM being cleaner and greener, such as, "GM also has moved aggressively to develop a full range of energy-saving technologies, including advanced internal combustion engines, biofuels, fuel cells, and hybrids." but as they note in their statement, people are buying their muscle cars and trucks in larger numbers.

Americans continue to buy SUVs and large cars. GM won't be able to ignore that.

Most Popular Hikes in Arizona
Arizona is an outdoor state and has lots of hiking in the city and around the state. Phoenix is unusual for most cities in having several large mountains in the center of the city with great hiking. Anyone who comes to Phoenix has to do the
Echo Canyon trail on Camelback and the
Summit Hike on Squaw Peak or Piesta Peak. The views of the city, suburbs and surrounding mountains are wonderful from Camelback and Piesta Peak.
For more experienced hikers there is the McDowell Mountains in North Scottsdale that has several difficult and strenuous hikes in
Tom's Thumb and
Bell Pass. Alternatively, you can hike the highest mountain in Arizona. At 12,600 feet
Humphrey's Peak is a long and difficult hike.

Who Is Cam Riley
I am an Australian living in the United States as a permanent resident.
I am a software developer by trade and mostly work in Java and jump between middleware and front end.
I originally worked in the New York area of the United States in telecommunications before moving to Washington DC and
